How can I add my business to the directory?

Visit our "Add My Business" section and submit your email address for more information.

Is there a cost to list my business in the directory?

Basic listing fee is $5/month when paid a year in advance. Monthly paid subscription fee is $7/month.

How do I update my business information?

Call or text 559-824-7007 to discuss updates, send pictures, or request additional information be added. You may also email us at craftibishcustoms@gmail.com.

Can I include photos and additional information about my business?

Absolutely! Enhance your listing with additional photos, a detailed description, and higher visibility. Contact us to come up with a special subscription. Featured businesses (one per month) are $50 for the month and will be scheduled in order of sign up. This includes multiple photos and a listing at the top of the website. (This is in addition to the subscription fee.)

How long does it take for my listing to appear in the directory?

Typically, your listing will be reviewed and published within a few business days.

Are there circumstances where additional fees may apply to maintain a listing?

While basic listings are included in the monthly/yearly subscription fee, certain premium features or enhanced visibility options are available at an additional fee and include higher visibility, featured placement, additional photos, and more detailed information.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Contact us at 559-824-7007 or craftibishcustoms@gmail.com to request cancellation. There is no notice needed to cancel. You will receive a courtesy message when fees are due and if not paid timely, your listing will be removed.

Will the pricing structure change?

We will communicate any changes to our pricing structure in advance, ensuring that businesses are informed of any adjustments before they take effect. If you have paid a yearly subscription fee, you are locked in until the year is over.
